About the Symposium

Since 1988, the NVICP has served as the primary legal remedy for Americans injured by covered vaccines. As the Program approaches its fourth decade, changes in vaccine policy, medical science, and the broader legal landscape present an opportunity for petitioners' and respondents' counsel, congressional staff, medical experts, and treating physicians to come together and discuss its future.

The symposium will feature a full day of sessions, from the state of the program to what lies ahead — bringing together perspectives from the bench, the Bar, federal agencies, industry, and medicine.

Nine sessions across a single day, from the state of the program to what lies ahead.
